dc.description.abstract From Yaoundé to Tokyo to Kinshasa, USIU is once again celebrating the multitude of cultures during the annual Culture week slated to begin Tuesday February 26. Run through a partnership between the Global Networking Club and the Student Affairs Council, the three day bonanza will features events that will portray the rich diversity that is USIU. An exhibition of cultural artifacts and traditional foods will herald each day from 9am to 4pm, with the climax being the Cultural Concert on Thursday, February 28 in the auditorium from 6pm. For entrance charge of Kshs 200, members of the USIU community are invited to sample the rich dances and heritage unique to USIU brought to them by their fellow students and colleagues. Guest Korean performances are also expected. The event is set to begin with exhibitions from different communities showcasing their foods, artifacts and traditional awareness from their countries of origin. The exhibitions will take place behind the cafeteria from Tuesday 26 and Wednesday 27th from 9.00am- 4.00pm and on Thursday from 9.am -2.00pm. en_US
